On 4 April 2025, the Russian Federation launched a brutal ballistic missile strike on a residential area in the city of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine. 

 As a result of this heinous attack, 18 civilians were killed, including 9 children. 

An additional 75 individuals sustained injuries of varying severity.  

This deliberate targeting of civilians constitutes yet another grave violation of international humanitarian law and fundamental human rights by the Russian Federation in the context of its ongoing war of aggression against Ukraine.
